By-Law Changes up for Vote on July 6
There are several proposed changes to the NFWASA by-laws that are up for approval at the next board meeting on July 6. Association members are encouraged to review the changes and provide feedback prior to the meeting. All members are welcome to attend board meetings at any time.

New U8 Playing Rules for Spring 2010
Due to the small number of U8 teams registered for the spring season NFWASA is teaming up with other NMCSL associations in the same situation to allow teams the opportunity to play more teams this season. But due to the varying rules used by area associations for U8, a new common set of modified playing rules has been adopted for this season.

North Fort Worth Soccer Association is providing weekly soccer coaching for players ages 6-16 from professional British Coaches at Green Valley Park at 7701 Smithfield Rd in North Richland Hills. The Challenger Sports coaches will prove a progressive series of age appropriate skill development practices for players or teams at each age group. When? Starting March 24th until May 19th.

On Tuesday, September 8, FC Dallas is holding a Community Practice in conjunction with the North Fort Worth Alliance Soccer Association and the Keller Soccer Association. The practice will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Keller Soccer Fields, located at 112 Sports Parkway in Keller. This authentic practice session will be followed by an autograph session for members of NFWASA.
