Seven Teams Represent NFWASA at TOC
Recently, the best of the best from all around North Texas convened for the largest recreational soccer tournament in the state, the Tournament of Champions, hosted by the North Texas Soccer.
NFWASA would like to congratulate our 2009 Tournament of Champions representatives:
- U10 Flash
- U12 Belles
- U19 Alliance
- U10 Rapids
- U12 Burn
- U16 Cougars
- U19 Stars United
While each team was competitive (all but 2 won at least 2 games), the U16 Boys Cougars and the U19 Stars United were the only two teams to advance to elimination play on Sunday. The Cougars lost to Kilgore in the quarter Final round and Stars United lost to Kilgore in the Semi Final Round.
