Criteria coaches will be judged on:

• Proven commitment to making soccer fun, fair, and competitive.
• Commitment to building soccer skills.
• Commitment to building the character of their players.
• High caliber of character demonstrated both with players and colleagues.
• Honesty and integrity demonstrated to their players both on AND off the field.
• Commitment to making NFWASA the best league it can be.

Things that will not be considered:

• Win/Loss record
• Amount of time as a coach

Rules for entries:

• All entries must be submitted via website and be completed/submitted by May 9th.
• Submission will only be considered if from current players and parents/guardians of current players.
